1. An error message is generated while creating a new Panel Page with settings as follows:
Access Control: Context exists - logged in user
Selection Rules: Theme = Bartic
Contexts form: Context = Node
Relationship = term on Node
Notice: Undefined index: relationship_term_from_node_1 in theme_ctools_context_list() (line 230 of C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Administrator\My Documents\Construct_Resources\sites\all\modules\ctools\includes\context.theme.inc).
2. As the user progresses through Access, Menus, Rules and arrive on the Contexts form, The Relationship widget is truncated at bottom. After defining a context and relationship, the Summary of Contexts does not show any content at all. It is necessary to refresh the screen to see the summary. If a context or relationship changes, the Summary should be refreshed.

Ashlar commentedSome additional info. Because I am working on documentation for panels, I am bouncing around a little on the form pages that are used to initially set up the panel page definition before it is finished and saved. The error messages appear to be arising because I am adding or deleting Access contexts and Selection rules. If I have created a relationship and then back up and change an Access or Rule setting, it may through an error the next time the site is refreshed. If I back up and undo the change I made, the error will still occur. Instead, I must delete the relationship and redefine it. If a user make such a change and gets a php error message, the reason will not be clear and they will not know what to do to correct it. It would be helpful if the UI checked for this condition and either cleaned things up or clarified the reason for the error.
I labeled this as a bug in the first post, It should be a feature request.

merlinofchaos commentedWell, that particular message is a bug and should be validated better so that we can tell that conditions have changed.
