Not sure where even to begin. The file structure should be the same, and I exported the database from phpmysql & imported via Navicat & made all the proper adjustments on settings.php.

Have I missed something simple?

I even imported the db a 2nd time, this time clearing the cache first, and the above terascape link is the result (only half of the syslog.module errors this time around, and the logo is now showing.

Any ideas?
