Double replacement when alink phrase is used in alink title text

Hi,

I found out that alinks replaces words as links when it finds them even in the title of the alinked phrase.

Example:
House is the word which should link to a page. The title is set to "Find a new house near your city".

Additionally "city" is a alink replaced text, linking to another page.

Original text:

he had a nice house on the beach.

becomes to

he had a nice <a href="link/to/house-page.html" title="Find a new house near your <a href="link/to/city.html" title="Any title for city">city</a>"">house</a> on the beach
