I would like to maximize number of chars in a profilefield I was thinking of trim the string before it will bee stored in the profile module? using substr. But I am a newbee, so.... can eny one come with a suggestion.
I thout of modifying the function profile_save_profile... but
I would also bee glad if some could come with some suggestion how to add some more picturefield to users than the old-avatar field. I thinking of some more picture of the user than 1 picture or some ting like that.

ernst commentedI try once more, is there some one that got a clue how I shall do, I can't install gallery (GD-library).
Some way to let the user to upload 1 picture more than that avatar-picture
limit the text to 400 chars......

moshe weitzman commentedadditional pictures should be provided by a contrib module which also specifies when each picture is used.
