I need help about email sending.

I know that in default settings, module can prevent registered users to send 3 e-mail in hour.
I plan to give permission to Anonymous users to send nodes by email.
But is this limit is the same for Anonymous users?
I mean does module limit the email number regarding to IP of the user?

Yes, it does.

It uses a Drupal mechanism to limit anonymous mass e-mail sending using the IP address.
