Exposed filters don't filter in normal views

I used relation select to bind articles (1-1 relation).
I use a normal view (with relation_select format, and not a EFQ views) because I want the selection box can be restricted with an exposed filter (upon tags taxonomy).
The exposed filter is well displayed in the article creation form : a select box is created aside the search button.
When I choose a taxonomy term, the selection box do not reflect my taxonomy selection, ALL the nodes are displayed.

Second problem I noticed : when I use 2 exposed filter, no selection box is displayed at all.
