uploaded images wont show up until clear table caches [#1375250]

Images won't show up until I clear the cache. I don't know what's going on....don't know how to fix this issue. Any hints?

I have exactly same problem. Gallery Assist 6.x-1.x-dev, tables in InnoDB, Pressflow 6.22.104.

Hi, karlitos. I have not solved the problem. I used views_gallery.
