information lost by clicking on next/prev button

Hi
I have 2 steps and in each step I have different kind of fields.
when I click on next/ previous button, some kind of fields loose their value.
for example uploaded files, or selected check box items will be deleted in next/prev click.
but text boxes will be remain and they are okey!
please help me
