Release notes
New version of display suite isn't storing the layouts in the variable table, so I've removed the access callback check that used to ensure no tabs were displayed that didn't have custom layouts. Now you have to ensure you've configured only the right build modes to have tabs displayed. Also removed three warnings that displayed when there were no build modes at all.
