Menu item doesn't show at all for user with delegated role

Installed the module half hour ago and have been really struggling to get it working.

I must be missing something mega obvious, as it's working for everyone else?

So, installed 1.3 at first, applied the correct permissions, took away administer taxonomy from the role, added the delegation permission to delete terms.

Tried with "administer content" on and off, still no menu item. Tried with "administer site configuration" of and on, again, nothing. "access content" is also enabled.

I've even tried wiping the admin menu!

On the vocab i have our own "Admin" role, and the correct role for which the user has been assigned too, no other roles.

I must be missing a permission for it to work, surely? It's been a long day...
