I've been searching the forums and contributed modules and haven't stumbled onto anything yet...

Is there a module (or special configuration) that supports the ability to search and index your site's uploaded (attached) files, as well as normal site content? The majority of the uploaded files are in MSWord (.doc) format, but I'm sure there are a few .xls, .ppt, etc. Being able to search and index the files content would be very helpful.
