similarly to the option 'use fixed width', there should be an option, or rather a set of option for the logo image to:
(1) align it to the left and right of the menu or right or left elements in the screen, and
(2) stretch it dynamically to the size of the screen, leaving the responsibility of the outcome to the graphic designer.

without these options, the designer is left with pixel-manipulation and offsets that look like the attached sample.

I've found it rather difficult to set up all the header elements in a way to provide this type of flexibility. Depending on what combination of items people display in the header (title, subtitle, logo, additional blocks) there are so many different types of conflicts and issues that can arise. So I find it best to give a simple header layout for people to start with, but it is up to the user to adjust things as needed for their specific situation. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
