Beta-4 fixes a number of bugs in beta-3, including a fix for installing og modules, with phpEdu on PostgreSQL, more views and an upgrade path from beta-3.

Release notes
A more stable version of phpEdu but no upgrade path is available until after this release. Date_copy has been merged with date_tools so date_copy is no longer required for phpEdu. However, og_default_roles has been added.
