with the recent commit 8de37fb we added a job employment type select field field_job_employment_type instead of the old plain text field_job_employment field.

we might consider providing an upgrade path. in the meanwhile, the old field still remains there with the data.

I don't think we are going to provide an upgrade path for such an old beta version.
And nobody so far complained about it ;-)
