I have set "Provide default argument" and select " PHP Code" and returns just static nid but its not working.

I have also tried to changed argument ($handler->argument ) in validator using "PHP code" but its not working it takes "node.nid = 0".

Please check it whats the exact problem.

Well the question is whether your code is maybe broken. Please provide at least your php code to see whether it's written well.
