I have installed cod_support 6.x-1.0-beta2 on an existing Drupal site along with supporting modules. Everything is enabled in COD features. However, when I click "content management / create content / sponsor" I only get a page with the title "Purchase Sponsorship" a line of text "Choose sponsorship level" and a drop down menu box with nothing in it, and a "submit" button. I have installed both "cod sponsors" and "cod sponsorship sales". I noticed that when I click the "create content/sponsor" in the full "packaged version" which I have also installed, create support content works, however "cod sponsorship sales" is not a feature included with this version. Any advice in troubleshooting would be appreciated.

tregeagle commentedYes I have the same problem. The Sponsors Levels are there in the content type but don't display when I use it.
Need to sort it out. Hopefully I can ferret out an answer for us...

tregeagle commentedI wiped the database and started again and the sponsors content type is working again.
I'm guessing there was a clash with a module I'd installed. Hopefully the problem will reoccur - then I may be able to give some more clues

ezra-g commentedSorry about the confusion and delayed response here.
The setup process is as a site admin to first create one or more sponsorship product nodes and be sure to set the "sponsorship level' field properly on each.
For example, a "gold sponsorship" product should have the sponsorship level field set to "gold" sponsorship level.
To simplify this setup we could ship with sample content. We should definitely add this to the COD documentation.

mrconnerton commentedWe have documented how to work with sponsor sales in D7 here: https://www.drupal.org/node/2409353
