Where can I find such personal adviser? Ready to pay.

I'm sure there are lots of people who could help, but can we clarify: Are you asking for someone to be paid a retainer to be available to help as and when you need it? Or are you asking for someone to help with some specific issues now, and you may need their help again in the future?

If it's the retainer route - what are you wanting to pay, and how many hours per week / month are you wanting them to be able to help?

If it's for something specific now, I suggest you post the issues you are having, and then people will offer to help if their experience suggests they would be able to. When you need help in the future, you then have the choice of asking here again for the new issues you've got, or of directly contacting the person who helps this time.
