More appropriate configuration syntax

IMHO

$conf['mimedetect_magic'] = '/usr/share/file/magic[.mgc|.mime]';

is more appropriate syntax because all configuration settings in settings.php file are in this kind of syntax.

And it's one-liner also. :)
