Other custom actions?

Love the interface!

Under the actions tab it read "Actions that are core actions, other actions are custom defined". Are there other actions I can do with this? Specifically, I use rules link module to trigger rules. Is there a way I could say when user "clicks this field", or "clicks this link", or something?

I'm allowing users to give points to another user via rules. I could use user point donate but it opens a page which has fields to be filled out. My current rules grab data from the current page and the user doesn't need to fill out anything. But user points (for whatever reason) won't allow me to easily verify point balance in rules from a trigger like this. Your module is excellent at this.
