Sharing ad revenue.

I am new to all of this so my terminology might not be up to speed. I am interested in finding out if it is possible to share ad revenue generated by a users page with that user? Also I want to reward users for inviting new users to a site ie. they revieve a percentage of the ad revenue generated by every user they invite to the site.

Anyone have any ideas? I have to say I have not got a clue.
