Is some one working to port this theme on Drupal 7?

If no, I would like to port it. But before that I would like to check if there is sufficient interest in this theme for D7?

I'd be interested in a version of this for D7. The D6 version is clean, simple, and pretty no-frills, which is often exactly what I'm looking for.
