Would it be possible to allow administrators to define font settings such as size, colour, etc for the different types of texts (title, body, navigation...) via web interface?

It would ease a lot the customization to admins not used to edit CSS and use the console.

Isn't this possible by installing an editor module? FCKeditor?
Or did I misunderstood your question?

I think this would go beyond that. I think what the OP was looking for was an UI where he could set the font size etc. With the result being saved in a CSS file.

There might be a role for this in contrib, but I don't personally see it in core.

There are already lots of options with theming and CSS that address this (albeit without the handy UI).
