Roles to Access to Subscribed Content versus ability to Create

From the description, it looks like this module allows one to pay to CREATE / Publish a NODE. OK..

However, does it allow one to pay/subscribe and then be allowed to VIEW (user access == access x piece of content (node)) that someone else created?

That's the question. :-)

If not can somoeone point me to a module that will do this?
