Breadcrumb is supposed to work only for main menu?
I added a new menu with 3 levels of options but I don't see the breadcrumb.
It's working with main menu.

I've created a book page with multiple sub-book pages. The breadcrumb displays as expected with the following structure "home > parent page > child page".

Can you provide more info? You might want to also check out http://drupal.org/project/custom_breadcrumbs
