Location field "Additional" filter needed for Views in D7

This looks like a very narrow use case.

If you really want it, there is an unsupported patch in comment #24 of #481782: Location fields "Additional" not available to Views.

I'll reconsider this if there are more requests. In the meantime, however, I'd like to avoid adding and supporting a feature that might not see much use. We're trying to make this module run leaner overall.

here is one use case: in big cities, there are "districts" or something equivalent. So, there is a need to filter them. It's natural to use "additional" to store these data.

I've tested the #3 patch, an error occurred. It says "warning: 2 lines add whitespace errors."
