Hello everybody,
I have been designed my website with drupal 6.22. so i uploaded it to server ubuntu 10.04 and plesk 10.04, it run very good. when i backup website and upload to hosting server Ubuntu 8.04 Linux, Plesk 8.6 supports PostgreSQL 8.3. so i config settings.php ok. but my website message error:
"500 internal Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://logivac.org/logivac/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly."
I was tried search help on drupal and google. but i don't resolve my problem. Help me please,

I have seen this behavior when the .htaccess file doesn't copy over... Is your ftp set to copy hidden files...?

Please reply back if this works for you...

but it not work for me. I used google chrome it message "Server error

Just to be clear, are you saying that you have looked at the .htaccess on the server and confirmed that it is a Drupal .htaccess? this is always worth checking.

Also check the ownership of document root (usually public_html). I have seen ownership and permissions of the directory changing, when files with incorrect ownership or permissions are placed inside it.
