If the page have a scroll bar, if we collapse/uncollapse questions of a category, the page jump up on "strange" position, in any case not on the top the one opened.

I've created a patch on the faq.js file which :
* remove the movement of the page on the closed question
* make the movement on the page on the opened question

Committed, thanks! I also applied the same change to the categorized accordion layout btw. This will be included in the next D7 release.
