UPDATE.txt - step 5 most go before step 4

Running http://www.example.com/update.php before enabling the module does not work. The module must be enabled first and then it does find updates (if there are any, for me it was Update #4 when updating to Drupal 5.1). This has been wrong since 4.7 and perhaps even before that.
