Site Name Can't Change

I have tried changing the Site name on the Site Configuration page but it always default to name i initially specified. Is there a flag that needs to be cleared some where?

Please ignore and delete this bug report. I have found out that the problem was that my $site_name variable was defined in the settings.php file and as such can't be overwritten until commented out.

I didn't think it would be a theme bug. Thanks for letting me know.
