Allow users to add blocks

Please allow the ability for users to add certain blocks (definable in the mysite settings page) to their mysites. This would open up the possibility of creating custom blocks in Views, or utilizing the many blocks available by module, and allowing users to add/remove/arrange them as they see fit.
