Quote not working when comments is set to open in new window

Description
Quote function is not working when comments is set to open in a new window. If comments are set to show in the same window, it works fine.
IE reports java script error (Object not found) if clicked on quote when comments reply is configured to be shown in new window.
Not sure whether this is a problem with BBcodeFB or with comments module, but as quote is appearing only when BBCode formatting bar is enabled, so posting here.
