The proyect is to develop few simple-one-function-sites on drupal, some require to be done in drupal 6, other in drupal 7. The idea is that user credentials can be share along the sites.
Multisite and domain module approach don't fulfill the request, as they don't allow different code base. At this moment the only way i know will be using LDAP, but it is such effort to set up, that will be easy to upgrade modules to do all on D7 . Any other ideas?
