Golf Prize Pool website

Hi Guys,

Looking into building a drupal 5.x website for a state wide 'amateur golfer' competition website. In this state, to get an official handycap, golfers must register and compete in golf competitions.

the clubs enter these scores in the states offical website for the public to see. Each golfer is given their own official registration number, which is visible also to the public.

The website i want to set up is a 'prize pool' for overall winners of these competitions - the guys (or gals) who gets the best overall score in the competitions. get a % of the prize pool.

We want the option for the various prizes to change , and have a picture associated with them, in case we want to have other prizes such as golf clubs etc..

The Registration Page and therefore what is to be included in the Data base will be as follows.

Address: State: Postcode:
Email:
Official registration Number:
L/H R/H Male Female

Then the Page for them to compete in that weeks competition.
Have the date of the comp they are registering for.

Also have a section here that they can fill out or tick to register for the whole year. So they don’t have to pay for each week.

Obviously we will need some kind of e-commerce that is tied in with the database of registered users. if the user either 'pays' for the week, or for the year, they will need to be entered into the comp for the prizes for that week.

the results of each competeion will be manually entered by us (the owners od the website) into our database from the 'official' website - to eliminate any cheating. The winners will then be contacted by us

the weekly entry fee is $10

The Prize Pool is split up like this
1st 40%
2nd 20%
3rd 15%
4th 7%
5th 4%
6th-10th 2%
Halfway 2%

The above percentages are of the Prize pool which represents $4 of the entry fee. another certain % of each weeks entry fee will go to a charity.

the results of the weekly winners will need to be displayed in a simple table on a static page

the 'back end' will need to have the capability of viewing all the registered users, all the users who are paid up for the week/year etc.. also stats on past winners etc will need to be displayed.

If all this data can be exported to a csv - that will be great too.

The front page will need to show the weeks current prize pool - with associated picture too i guess.

You will be working with a custom theme i have developed to this site

I need somebody to be able to integrate this into my site, which will be running on drupal 5.1
