The drop down menu contains contribute - downloads - forum - handbooks - support... in the same level are the login where we can hardly logon since this menu is always enabled. and the row is a hyperlink.

Sorry, I don't get your point.

Is it possible that you meant to file an issue against the Drupal.org website? Drupal Administration Menu is an extension for Drupal and has nothing to do with the Drupal.org website.
