how to adjust comments, i don´t get it

hello drupalers ;)

I´m currently work on some adjustments to my comments but I can´t fix this problems:

1. behind the name of a unregistered user is a "not verified" displayed, how can I get rid of this?

2. a unregistered user can submit a URI and with this one his username get linked to. If a user is registered the name will be linked to his user profile but ONLY if someone is logged in. How can I get the profilelink work even if a guest views the comments?

I thought maybe there is a "user profile public / private switch" somwhere but I can´t find something like that.

Suggestions?
