There are endless different solutions on how to get this modul up and running, but somehow on the way i got lost.

Fixed line 408 in fbconect.module, made some changes on the library.module, used SDK 2 and SDK 3, /facebook-php-sdk or /php-sdk, but somehow nothing seems to work.

Is there anybody out there who is using this on a D7 Site and can maybe provide his version of fbconnect.module, Library.module and version and path of SDK?

I feel your pain, but you seem to have one-up'd me to this point at least. I can't seem to get the 408 error to go away no matter what order I do all the patching and module installs.
