Issue Summary
As I've been rating more items, I'm noticing that the Amazon 'we recommend' block seems to be ignoring the minimum rating set for the block. For example, I have the minimum rating set to 'Above average' yet I'm still having items displayed that are well below that rating.
Anyone else see this happening?
