I set up a community on Drupal (BlueNC.com) 1+ years ago, and have been the sole maintainer during that time. Day job + fatherhood = something's got to go, so me and my fellow owners want to investigate having someone else maintain the site (solve programming and design issues as they arise, perform updates and, on occasion, work with community leaders to develop/install new functionality).

We're running 5.1 with a bunch of contributed modules on a dedicated virtual server (mediatemple) with plenty of room to grow.

This is what I do for most of my sites so I would be interested in maybe doing this. I would like to know more about what specifically would have to be done.
