when I disabled Skinr, the second possibly unwanted "edit skin" disapeared from the "gears" of every block/node/...

I removed Skinr files and then also the Fusin accelerators "Edit skin" disappeared. Now I added Skinr module in a disambled state, but now works...

If you are having a problem with the patch posted at http://drupal.org/node/1360448 then please post a comment on that topic rather than opening a new issue.

Is a fresh brand new install - there were no upgrades!, and has nothing to do with the patch.
Acquia Marina 7.x-2.x-dev latest
Accelerator 7.x-2.0-alpha2
Fusion 7.x-2.0-beta1

And the issue is still that if I remove the Skinr then the edit skin disappears, however Skinr module is disabled.

Skinr is not compatible with the Fusion 2.x branch and Fusion Accelerator. You should completely remove Skinr from your site if you want to use the 7.x-2.x versions of Marina, Fusion and Accelerator, including running the uninstall script and deleting the module files from your server.
