For some strange reason I am getting the following error:

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare emvideo_vimeo_info() (previously declared in /modules/media_vimeo/includes/providers/emvideo/vimeo.inc:22) in /modules/emfield/contrib/emvideo/providers/vimeo.inc on line 37, referer: /node/44/edit

When I check the file line 37 states commented out text only.

I just noticed this only involves nodes in which I didn't specify a Vimeo URL yet.
** Nope, even when I put a Vimeo url in there the problem persists.

I had this same error and what fixed it for me was upgrading my emfield to version 2.x from 1.x
