Ability to choose options prior to adding to cart

Issue Summary

This module get's me about about 90% to where I want to go. But I need the customer to be able to select options for the product prior to adding it to the cart. I have products with several required attributes, The creator of the wish list would select some of them, but the remainder need to be left to the customer.

Basically, it's like this. The wish list author selects common attributes, like color, but the customer selects things like size.

Any suggestions or recommended strategies?
