Issue Summary
Valid Canadian postal codes have an optional space in the middle, not a dash. Also, they are called "postal code" and not "zipcode".
Attached is a patch that fixes validation, the error message and that adds formatting for Canadian postal codes. The patch is against head, from cvs.
