I have successfully created multilingual feature enabled in my drupal website in localhost by using localizer.

Now iam getting select combo box with three languages english,french and german and translation tab also.

I did'nt get any error still. i have configured views ,iam sure i have did all correctly.But i do'nt know ,how to check the functionality.Whether i have done everything properly?.please guide how to test where my multilingual feature is working or not? and also i would like to have flag symbol in front page to shift to another language.how to do this feature..please help me..
