It's about time to get a stable release out, now being almost a full year since D7 release.

Here are a list of issues I see as being release blockers -

Any thoughts on whether the CTools functionality must be fixed before a release?

Modules that block release should get the D7 stable release blocker tag to help folks find them.

Also, there are currently zero critical issues.
