I don't know of a way to know that these events occur. I suppose what you mean is that a user clicked Like and become a member of your Facebook page and as a result can consult the corresponding page on your website?
Assuming that the Facebook module (and the same for Twitter & Google) posts an event, then it would be doable by catching the event and adding the necessary cookie.
