HI
in my site I want user can post cv. Every user can create this type of content only once.
Also want that there will be eduction field, experience field for example
education field will containg 1. digree 2. grade 3. school 4. year
and user can give multiple values with this group of filed

create new node type, extending your new type with manage field.
use field group for grouping field and edit limit to certain limits editing.
