Styling / css issue between node title and node body [#1388682]

I installed arctica, tundra, and touchpro. I've pretty much left all of the theme settings as their default value including the resets.

When I create a node (basic page) I noticed that the body and title don't line up. (See attached). The body appears wider than the title.

I was using Chromium on Ubuntu.
