main menu's background dissapears in chrome

Issue Summary

The main menu's background disappears in chrome on linux, works fine on firefox.

Also the shopping cart image disappears in chrome, again ff ok...

Postponing. There will be no further development on the 7.x-1.x branch. We will address this bug when we begin work to upgrade the theme to 7.x-2.x

Just curious, do you have an estimated start date for 7.x-2.x? Would love to have the theme fully functioning in D7
