Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but I'm sure someone will let me know...

I have created a forum container and a forum. I would like to get new topics and comments in a separate area.

Is it possible to publish a comment in a forum, but not have it also on the front page as a comment?

comments don't show on a front page ? only the number of commets like here at drupal.org ?

could you please post a link to your site so someone can see what exactly you are tallking about, or post a screen capture of a comment being promoted to the front page ?

I don't see any comments being added to your front page by the posts in Dirty Laundry Forum, matter of fact, I don't see any forum topics on your front page either.

or do you mean ???? not have them included in the recent comments block ??

Yes, sorry, that is what I mean. Not having the comment in the recent comments block, but in the forum...
