send mailkey to theme()

Description
The theme function is SUPER useful, however, without the mailkey, it sometimes can be useless.
If this is a user-* email I might want to a one column layout, but if it's a og-* I might want 2 columns and throw in an ad or two.
Attached patch fixes that.

Updated patch... pass $mailkey AND $recipient to theme function, these are needed to do nifty and customized theming tricks :-)

Updated patch against current copy of HEAD and spot tested to verify things were still working
